COCKTAIL EXCURSIONS BY MARK
Bars are plentiful here on the Viking Sky! Our favorite has been the one in the Explorers Lounge where we have enjoyed getting to know our favorite bartender, Daniel. He is from Peru and lives in Brazil, with his wife and two sons and he is on this cruise for 6 months. He is helping us navigate Mark’s latest project. For lack of a better title, we are calling it Mark’s Cocktail Excursions……
Mark has perused the cocktail menu and has decided that during this cruise, he will try each cocktail on the menu in alphabetical order. On this blog, we will tell you about each cocktail, his review and his ranking from one star to five stars with five being the ultimate cocktail!

Okay, it starts out with vodka so it can’t be bad. Interestingly tart!

Cognac, Benedictine

This drink is okay, but I would prefer a fine cognac - hold the Benedictine! Afternoon or evening.

Brazilian traditional drink. Unusual lime/herbal flavor. Refreshing drink for a hot afternoon.

It’s okay. Sweet, drinkable and popular with the ladies! Drinkable day or night.
Mark, I like this blog. I may have to try a few of these at home but I am already seeing a pattern emerge. Obviously you like drinks with creme de cacao!!! Or maybe you just like drinks which is also fine!!!
